I don’t have much of an update for you on our insurance situation. I spoke with an Ombudsman about our case and she’s investigating. That’s about as far as I’ve gotten. A little disappointed, but hopefully things will happen soon.
This week, I took my girls outside to play with sidewalk chalk. I had a specific purpose! Rhea is currently counting up to her 1111 post by 11/11. She asked us to pick a number then create something and send it to her. I was the 1st one!! Such a great idea and with Adam’s help, so awesome!! Check it out HERE!
I know that was a very lengthy description for “Wordless” Wednesday! While the girls were outside, Lauren drew a big sun and 2 gigantic heads with little arms and legs. Apparently, she and Jillian are WALKING (she stressed that to me) together. Ah how wonderful a 4.5 year old mind works!!

I think it’s a WONDERFUL picture. <3
:’( I really REALLY want an update and a positive note from the insurance. They owe this to her. It’s not like she is a grown adult, she is a young child and deserves the right to be able to live a FULFILLED life and WALK!
What a wonderful chalk drawing!
I adore drawings like this!!! I sure hope the insurance thing goes your way!
What a great subject to draw about, very cute, glad you got a photo.
I love heads with arms and legs…. who needs a torso anyways?
Beautiful! I haven’t been to your site for awhile, love the new look!
What a beautiful drawing!
Great drawing.
I am so sorry that you are going through all of this. My daughter had open heart surgery four years ago and the amount of things that were NOT covered was just mind numbing. We will probably being paying off medical bills for the rest of our lives.
Great picture
Beautiful picture! Happy WW!
Kas
Aww I love that creativity!!
What a neat photo… Can’t wait to see your number posted!
Love it.
I hope it all works out for you!
Beautiful picture – I can’t wait to see the real-life picture of Jillian walking.
That is so sweet. I know that they WILL walk together soon!
Im still sending positive vibes. I know things are going to work out. Her drawings makes me think of the M&M’s commercial. Little circle bodies with arms and legs:)
and she made a adorable and very creative photo. I love it and certainly picture frame worthy now that you have a photo
Chalk drawings on the best. Our sidewalk is always decorated these days!
Such an artist already! I love seeing how little ones draw and how their minds work when they are creating!
